SONIC PRIME: THE SHATTERVERSE EXPERIENCE

To immerse die-hard Sonic fans on a journey through the multiple exploratory worlds ahead of the new Netflix series debut, my team at BOND created an experiential activation and AR lens that allowed fans to run alongside Sonic through the Shatterverse.

This single day pop up event at the Santa Monica Promenade featured a custom designed and constructed 3D Monolith experiential video kiosk powered by AR motion tracking tech. Fans ran and jumped through different Shatterverse worlds in a gamified view exploring the new series as they saw themselves with Sonic and friends.

Our BOND Studio crew captured the massive fan turn out as they demoed the experience and provided on site interviews about their love of the Sonic brand, creating content to amplify the event and new series for Netflix.
