STRANGER THINGS TOY LINE

While fans around the world were on the edge of their seats to watch the epic series conclusion of Stranger Things, we worked with Jazwares & Netflix to reveal the Season 5 toy line through a broadcast TV spot and social announce content, fueled by nostalgia and first looks at the new set pieces before the season premiere.

From script and storyboards to a custom built home office on the BOND Studio sound stage, we grounded our creative in the Stranger Things cinematic aesthetic while capturing the imaginative play of modern-day kids discovering this fan-fueled world of Season 5 details.

With collaborative integration across BOND, every step of the shoot and post production was considered to achieve a cohesive vision with our partners at Jazwares & Netflix. As the Creative lead and Director of the TV spot production shoot, I worked closely with our talented teams on pre-viz 3D renders, AI storyboard shot lists and motion tests, wardrobe & casting, set builds and props curation.

Our Director of Photography, Jon Salmon and the entire production crew brought the magic of the series to life, capturing in camera color and lighting effects that followed the Stranger Things vibe and brand guidelines.

Shot on location as well as at BOND Studio, we designed and built intricate sets that pivoted our world into the Upside Down for the talent to interact with the action figures, radio station and van play sets inspired by the Season 5 storyline. The spot aired on broadcast TV and across organic + paid placements to capture fan's attention and drive excitement and sales for the official Stranger Things toy collection.
